Help before I take out someone!!?

I'm going to hit the big 50 later this year, I have 2 periods contained by March and nothing since, so I am guessing that the menopause have kicked in. I thought that I be ready for it after adjectives it's a natural factor of life, but very soon I'm not sure.
Physically all seems OK, but I seem to be to be going through a personality make over, my husband and son don't seem to know how to do anything right, no change here, but now I am other snapping at them, and don't seem to be capable of let anything shift. I also found myself crying along to a sad country song while driving today, and that's not me.
I'm reluctant to bother the doctor near this, as I'm seeing him a lot beside a problem with my knees, and don't want him breaking his back trying to transport my file around. He is also youthful, male, and not natural to chat to.
Can anyone out there who's be through this offer some words of direction, or share their experience. Do any herbal or natural supplements backing, or should I be looking at HRT at sometime?

Hey sweety, I am almost 51. I went threw what you are going threw in a minute when I was around 45. I thought I would kill every one around me back I got threw it adjectives. But they all survived and so did I. Your body is simply going threw a few changes right presently is all. Think of the worthy side on all this, not the unpromising side of it. Talk to your doctor about it and he can endow with you some medicine that will lend a hand you get threw it adjectives. I had hot flashes for 10 years resembling you would not believe. I thought I was going crazy, resourcefully crazier than I was already. Hey it is only life. Kick them heels up and try to take home the best of it if you can at all. If you want someone to talk to, email me, be glad to speech to you. Remember, I have be there done that.

Menopause is different for everyone. What you're experiencing is normal. The low level of hormones is just approaching PMS--but the levels don't stir back up.
Your doctor, though young-looking and male is still a professional and it won't be the first time he's have to deal next to it, nor will it be the last. YOu should be paid sure what you're experiencing is normal and you should at tiniest discuss HRT even if it's no longer recommended because perhaps man on it a short time and weaning bad of it will be more effective for you. There is also a blood check to see if you're actually going through menopause. It's a appropriate time to have a complete checkup.
