Should I take birth control to regulate my period?

I'm 15, and I started my period when I be 12 but I haven't had a time of year in a year. I stopped getting it because I be really active surrounded by the summer and I lost weight. I've be to the gyneocologist already, and he said that I was at a mundane weight, and adjectives he could do was make a contribution me birth control if I wanted it. My mom doesn't want me to be in motion on it, but I feel as if I should because adjectives my hormones are low, and I think i.e. why I feel depressed for no rationale sometimes. Will I still be able to receive pregnant when I'm older if my extent never comes back? What do you deliberate I should do?

What does this mean?

If the doctor recommend you go on birth control to procure your hormone levels right, that's what I'd recommend you do. Your mother is probably against birth control because she's any afraid you'll have sex, or because it's expensive. Talk beside her and reassure her that you are NOT planning on being irresponsible - you simply want to take exactness of your body. If cost is an issue, oftentimes insurance will cover part of it. Otherwise, push for her to look at is as just another mandatory medical expense - kind of approaching antibiotics.

As for whether or not you'll be able to win pregnant if you don't get your spell back... I honestly don't know. But considering that have a period indicates ovulation, it might hugely well be the overnight case. Talk with your doctor again to find out. Remember, if you start birthcontrol it doesn't own to be a permanent point - if it doesn't help you, you can other stop. Make sure your mother realizes that, too.

and i think you should try birth control, if you dont approaching it you culd always stop, but remeber it usually take 1-3 months for effectiveness against pregnancy (even tho that have nothing to do beside ur situation)
