I need to lose my love handle!! and my belly?

ok,
i'm female, 5'4" and i weigh 135pds. the basic problem is my love handles and my belly. we don't own enough money of late to buy special healthy foods. i am fundamentally self concious and feel close to i need to loose the shipment. how do i do it?

YOU HAVE TO DO CARDIO EXERCISE IN ORDER TO DECREASE THE WAIST SIZE. SIT UPS ALONE WONT WORK. on a treadmill or something do at lowest 30 minutes of workout.get the heart up and burn lubricant and you'll start seeing result. It takes time...stick beside it. Good Luck
