28 days is the average time frame, but doesn't necessarily mean that's when you will start. Always count 28 days, but look at it contained by the way that it should start in that week instead of the day of. Like if the 28th daytime were today, bestow yourself until the middle of next week. If it lately isn't coming than I would be checked. This would mean any pregnancy or some other lovely female entry. Sometimes stress can cause your spell to be late. Good luck!

A little self conscious?

count from when u done the feb. period to the first light of day of ur 2nd period. thats ur cycle. do that again after the 2nd time ends to the beginging of the 3rd period and so on.

DO ANY OTHER GIRLS HAVE THIS PROB?!?! one breast is larger consequently the other?((kinda embaressing))?

do you mean how to predict your interval? you count 4 weeks from the last morning of your period, the finishing day of your length is the first day when in attendance's no more blood, but it's only an estimate. If you only just started your period it's probably not going to be regular for roughly speaking three years, and don't worry something like it, it's normal?

if you want to know how long your cycle is, you count from the finishing day of your previous length to the first day of your subsequent period, it may not be equal number everytime, and it's okay if it's shorter or longer than 28 days. Very few women naturally enjoy a 28 day cycle.

Has anyone ever experienced side effects upon losing weightiness on birth control?

You count from the first day of your interval to the first day of your subsequent period. So, if you start bleeding, read aloud , April 23 and next time you start bleeding May 21, count how plentiful days are in between Apr.23 and May 21.That's how copious days your cycle is. But, since you just started to enjoy your periods, you will be irregular for a while, so lately count for your record but don't assume this is your cycle. You might be irregular for the first year. After that, if you don't hold a steady cycle of minimum of 25 and maximum of 32 days, go to a GYN.
