My period will not start after I missed 4 birth control pills. No luck of pregnant (I am a virgin).?

I missed 4 birth control pills at the beginning of my month/pack and approved to wait until my extent started to start a new pack. It have been 3 weeks and my term still hasn't started. I started the pill because of cramps and got a cyst my first month on the pill. I am not nor enjoy I ever been sexually busy (I am 18). Lately I have be getting really bad lower abdominal pains (but they come and go) (I obtain them no more than once a day). Am I just overreacting or could this be something serious?
