i'm already 17 yrs old & still do not hold menstruation. i already consulted a doctor about this and she requests my blood sample first and i obligation to undergo an ultrasound, but i also want to oblige myself by doing my own ways to have menstruation purely like i hold to eat this...blah blah blah..or some exercises or some remedies. please, i really call for your help!

U can't help it along it come's intrinsically, u just enjoy too be patient, u requirement too do everything ur doctor says, near may be something wrong.
