It depends on the personality. Some people enunciate its like a length cramp, while I personally have so much pain that I cried and couldn't move for nearly 30 minutes in need feeling close to I was going to ratify out. I think it have a lot to do next to how experienced your doctor is with insertion, and what your personal headache threshold is.
