Would people concentration if you stuffed your bra?

because what if you bend down and your top is lowish and things like that?

how do u stop that from going on?

i doubt i will actually stuff my bra but bleh...i'm desperate

they flog bras with jelly similar to substances in the liner of them. Why dont you check that out instead of stuffing. I don't hold this problem but it is what I would do. ;-)

I can totally relate. I am close to totally flat and hate it. I do stuff my bra, that's so mortifying to admit. I believe, that if you are careful it can work. I am barley an A cup and wipe to a C cup. I worked it up very bit by bit. It is important if you do it to increase unhurriedly and do it everyday. Otherwise people will spot. I use a padded bra and stuff it to spread it out. You can use kleenex or nylons. You do have to study low cut shorts and wide sleeveles shirts. I do draw from nervgous but feel so much better give or take a few myself and look so much better. After a while you feel more confident just about it. Only do it if you are sure you need to and are ok near it. It is a big secret to hang on to.
