HELP PLEASE! yesterday i feel a pea size lump right next to my moved out breast ?

it small but when i but presuure on it hurts this has be really bothering me all night not individual that but about 2 days ago that same brests have Fluided coming out of the nipple which is also very sore what can this be? I'm with the sole purpose 20yrs old? is it possible to hold breast cancer so early?
