My mother have an unusual mammogram, facilitate please?

They found assymetrical cells, but no lumps or tumors. They said these cell were dotted throughout both breasts, and referred her to a breast surgeon for further evaluation. Does anyone know what this could mean? Assymetrical cell?

Answers:    A mammogram cannot see cells, so a mammogram cannot report if the breast cells are unexpected. I think your mom's mammogram showed probably showed asymmetry (asymmetrical breast tissue).

"Asymmetry: An nouns that is not found to be compatible in both breasts (such as density). It is commonly a normal modification but can also be a sign of an abnormal growth."

Many times, our bodies are not exact from side to side. The left foot is not other the same, exact size as the right foot, for example. This does not connote something is wrong, but when we are dealing with the breasts, a specialist should evaluate the lenient. Try to not waste time worrying almost this just nonetheless, as it might just be everyday for your mother.
She might have calcifications and if it is sprinkled it is actually better than human being clumped up. They might biopsy it and 90% it is fine. She just have to get regular mamo to breed sure there are no change. I know many women who have calcifications.
