Walking, is the best exersise you can do.
It's easy, cheap and you will return with good results from it.
Start out walking at lowest 20 minutes a day. increase it 5 to 10 minutes every week. until you are walking around an hour a hours of daylight.
When you wake up within the morning- sit up.
Now- bend, bend, bend !
And- reach, realize, reach !
And- verbs, pull, verbs !
