i dont have period regularly because i have the iud mirena so i solely might get one every few months. this previous week was my first time on it. it's been for months since my end one fyi. the week of my period i be mildly itchy and since i'm on antibiotics for dermatitis that can cause a yeast infection i took the otc meds until i could catch some diflucan from my doc. i used the monistat 3 day. i also stopped using the tampons and freshly went to the unscented pantyliners. the itching stopped but when my spell ended it become extremely red and sore down there. it be so dry that it split in some places a moment ago like dry skin would elsewhere. that's not as bleak now but there's still a mild itch. vagisil and vagigard both minister to and seem to alleviate the symptoms for several hours. it doesn't hurt to pee, nearby is no odor or discharge. is this common around time of year time? could it just be hormonal? what can i do to relieve it?

Possible, because the blood can correction the pH "in there". The antibiotics probably didn't relieve either - be sure you enjoy a yeast infection before you treat yourself near OTC remedies for it more than occasionally. Could be vaginosis, too. I'd go to the doctor to brand name sure.
