I'm 16, weigh about 240 lb. Does anyone hold any helpful hints to motivate and go and get me to loose weight?I hold tried dieting before( actually, I a short time ago stopped eating, so no, not a tangible diet) and I lost a good 30 lb. but over the coarse of a couple of months, I gain it all pay for! Should I maybe see a doctor concerning my weight?

The best thing to do is drink the food you love but in smaller portions...own a bowl of yummy fruits in the kitchen..so, whenever you draw from hungry and want to pig out, you'll see the fruits there and munch on them instead. Also, buy a juicer/..In the morning, put away egg whites, wheat bread and a grapefruit with lemon..yummyyy it doesn't nouns like like mad but it is very wadding.
