tampons.. pad are gross.. but.. be sure that you change them when needed.. or you could go and get a infection. you can buy tampons that have different sizes surrounded by the box.. i prefer Playtex gentle slip.. multi pack..

Well, tampons and pads can cover neutral, moderate, and heavy flows. This is really a personal finding, choose which makes you touch more comfortable. I personally find pad more convient and easier to use. However I am a competitive swimmer and athlete, so I have no other choice that to use tampons. Tampons do come surrounded by different sizes for different times in your length. Use supers for heavy days, lites for lite days. I resembling to have a panty liner for backup in travel case of leaks. Also use a wipe for backup for a tampon at nite in luggage of leaks. Took me method too long to figure this out.

I would agree that pad are kind of cruel. I wouldn't let my tot walk around next to a wet diaper. Same concept to me.
