Does anyone know a unthinking that gives your hand a purple-ish redish color and swells up?Itchy and hurts?

my sister has be getting a rash type of entity on her body. one day it will be on her foot (her finger will get swollen), the subsequent day it will be gone on her foot and now on her stern. she says its itchy and hurts at alike time. It gets benevolent of a purply-red color. Does anyone know what this could be?
