Which birth control should I use?
Answers:
If you're nursing, you probably want to stay sour the hormonal contraceptives until your son is weaned. If you know you won't want another kid for a few years, the copper-T IUD is nonhormonal and really effective. If you want some protection against pregnancy but wouldn't beyond doubt mind having another kid, run for the diaphragm (the diaphragm has an unusually big failure rate, which is why I'm not wholeheartedly recommend it). And of course, the elderly standby, condoms, are really quite important and certainly the cheapest course of goings-on available.
Now if you aren't nursing, your b.c. options are pretty much wide open open. Since you are concerned nearly the high hormone level of the patch, a low-dose pill might be good for you... or the NuvaRing, if you own trouble forgetting pills, is a good once-a-month route and also a pretty low dose. These can all be stopped pretty without delay if you guys wish to conceive again... other option like the IUD will require more medical intervention.
try the birth control pill Yasmin.it has worked for me and it have little or no discomfort and my period stays on track .

Like all medicine, what may work for one may not work for the other. You just hold to see what works best for you. If you can take some time rotten from them.
Do some research on the internet on your own and then lift them to your OB/or MD.
Good luck.
I pinch Desogen...You can go to a local form unit and you can achieve it cheaper or free depending on how much money you make.
