Buy a $10 pregnancy test if you're really worried, but it isn't all that strange to skip a interval while you're on birth control pills.I'm on Yaz, which is similar to Loestrin 24 - it also has 24 active pills and 4 placebo pills. I in fact don't get my period while taking the placebo pills. I catch my period when I first start a new pack (day 1 or 2) and it individual lasts for a day. It's more similar to light spotting than a real interval. I think this is common for these types of pills and what they be designed for - they're supposed to make your periods lighter, shorter, and much more tolerable.
Pilss for me did not really keep hold of me regulated. I would take a preg test or two only to be on the safe side, but I know that some pills don't do what they are intended. Like my pills were supposed to abet with acne, and lessen the affect of my cramps, some pills worked for one and not the other. then the DepoProvera shot screwed me adjectives up. So it just depends o n what brand of pills you are taking. Some work with you and some may not work near you. also another factor to consider is how long you have been taking the pills. Some may appropriate a while to produce the desired effects, or regulate.
