Ive have a yeast infection for about 8 days immediately. I used monistat & 2nd day i used it i get a cut on my vagina.?

-I think its a yeast infection because it itches closely and the discharge but thats about it.
- The first morning I used the Monistat it was fine but the morning after the 2nd time I used it (today) I notice a small cut around the outside of my vagina and it burns when I pee on it. The last time I looked at it, it get bigger too.
How do I get rid of/heal the cut? It character of hurts a little bit and I'm freshly afraid that the next time I look down here the cut is going to be bigger, like down to my butthole or something. And since starting the Monistat, the itching have gone down considerably, unless I touch the irritated area. Do I even own a yeast infection or is it something more serious?
