Can i switch birth control pills accompanied by a month or do i have to complete the total month?

i am on a monophasic pill (Yaz) now & I'm not react well to it. can i switch to another monophasic pill (Alesse) contained by the middle of the month? the doctor's office said i could, but i'd resembling to hear from someone who has experience

Every time I've ever had to conversion formulations (and I use mono-phasics exclusively), my doctors have other told me to wait till the run out of my cycle and start taking the new pill contained by place of the old one. I regard its to prevent any sort of additional upset to your hormonal cycle.
