Is there any exercises that trim your legs effectively?

Im around 5'2,5'3 and I would be well proportioned if my legs werent so big, I usually don't hold an issue with these features of things but I have to attain size 10 jeans just to fit my legs going away a massive gap around the waist so its depressing me, any exercises or diet plans to comfort me lose the fat/muscle on my lower half?

ok listen.. i used to play volleyball and all of the girls on the team have big thighs (muscle mostly) and we all pretty much have that same problem.. so.. u need to receive sure u don't work ur legs out a lot if its muscle that's doing this.. but if its solid.. then do some cardio and stuff.. but engineer sure not to over-do it cuz then u'll own the same problem because of the muscle
