Switch to crunches instead of sit ups. Also, you may want to increase to 100 in the morning and 100 at night if you aren't seeing results. Also, brand sure your are getting protein in your diet. Muscles need that to grow
IF you hold on demand walk to the fitness channel and pick a abs program and do them everyday or at smallest every other day and u will procure abs. That is what i use and it works for me!
