How do I make myself step from really p*ssed off to reaction slightly happier?

What activities can you suggest for me to do to cheer myself up? I'm really annoyed as I can't attain my dance moves right and I can't focus on my revision and I enjoy way too much homework to do and i obligation to tidy my room and go and find my hair cut and everything is of late so piled on top of me I surface as if i'm about to explode. Please put together me sane again!!

Pick one point and do it and finish it - whether it's the haircut or straightening the room - finish one entry. Give yourself a treat to celebrate - afterwards do another thing.

I do a series of Standing mountain pose (just standing squarely, hand in prayer at chest), breath within stretch up, breath out bend back, breath contained by stretch up again, breath out Standing forward bend (bent at hips, legs straight touching toes), breath in back to standing mountain pose. I do a few of those and after I just stay surrounded by mountain pose to and do the deep stomach breathing for in the region of 15 times and I am revitalized, cleared mind and full of energy. I significantly recommend it.
