No it's not, you could have something else beside your period which you should go and get checked for. Cysts, Endometriosis, or other stuff could cause you to achieve upset stomach while you're on your period. See your OBGYN.

Definatly not average. Could be many things but if its solely during your periods, it could terrifically well be TSS. Check for other smyptoms of it eg...soaring fever, diarrhea, headache and small rashes over different parts of the body only to name a few. Talk to your dr. He/She will know how to do a complete check up on ya and see whats going on but it is best to go when you are experiencing the symptoms and not after. Hope you feel better soon
