i found that vitamin b12 help you can get it from any chemists and it is purely like a moment or two yeast tablet but if it is really bad you requirement to see your doc again, we all tend to regard that if something doesn't help i.e. it but if we keep going spinal column to the doc he will have to maintain trying.i was ok near patches but i also have a combination of tablets so there are plenty of things they can try. if it is a terrifically early menopause surely at hand is a chance of reversing it. i hope you discern better soon.Hello MH
Sorry to hear that you are suffering so much from the menopause. There are several things you can try to ease the symptoms. Exercise such as swimming, walking and yoga, heathy ingestion which includes photoestrogens (natural occuring oestrogen: there are a quantity of good cook/recipe books on the market); herbal supplements such as Red Clover and YMEA; and an approval that your body is in a transition (this is easier said than done). . Also it may be worth you have another chat with your GP as he may know how to offer alternatives to what you hold have already have.

What should I do? (girls only please)?
Those herb are I think for specific womanly hormonal problems. You need lots of phyto estregons (excuse spelling).I am in matching situation and my GP believes in raw rather than medical methods she said anything dignified in phytoestrogens would be apt.
Well I tried one of the expensive Menopause tablets which were fine but afterwards I discovered Superdrug do their own Menopause tablet and its in a box characterized just that Menopause it have got adjectives the required things in and its a third of the price of all the others for a months supply.
Since starting to bring it I can honestly say my symptoms hold been greatly reduced I used to bring back hot flushes every day near heavy sweating involved immediately I get mild hotness going on for every third day near no heavy sweating ! I used to look close to I had only just got out of the shower.
Also at times I feel like throwing a brick through the porthole and depressed that has gone too in a minute I just achieve a very mild agitation at the time my time is due. Also if you can learn to relax a moment ago take five or ten minutes a hours of daylight to sit in a dormant room with no tv on and do lenient breathing just clear your skipper and relax.
I also walk to work everyday which take about 30 mins respectively way. All of this have done me the world of good and I cant read aloud those tablets are a miracle cure but I really am glad I found them !!
Good luck its not very nice we adjectives go through it eventually some of us early than others. I have be told mine is medically early but not familial history wise. So enjoy a look at your mum and grans when did they start theirs!
