I hold be doing gym work 4-5 times a week for 2 months very soon and own put on 2 kgs. What am I doing wrong?

I would like to lose consignment, but it seems working out consistently isn't doing me any sprite. I do not wish to put on any extra muscle as I consistency I am bulky enough.

Answers:    Rather than looking at the number on the mount, how do your clothes fit. It is possible that you have lost some grease and replaced it with muscle, as muscle weigh more than fat. Also, this is a problem I be having, after working out for an hour and a partially, when I got home I feel like i be starving, (actually I be a little dehydrated) so I would put away something salty when I get home (probaly like 200-300 calories worth of food) and because I be eating this extra food I be not losing any weight. Just try to be conscious of what you are intake even though you are working out.

powerfully if you are lifting... its not going to help you lose cargo...
and if you are running obviously you are not doing it right...
and by doing it right i connote
warm up: 1 mile
run: 3 mile
cool down: 1 mile

run 6 days a week
mondays and thursdays do a long run
8 miles
and not of late 8
2 mile warmup
2 mile cool down also
Just do cardio work like running and cycling to loose shipment no gym work, gym work will loose fat but also gain muscle and muscle weigh more than fat so that's why you own gained bulk. But with cardio you should one and only tone up your muscles and you should loose allot of weight. Hey, dude. You should cart care of your food intake. Doing workout does not niggardly that you can eat more than usual. Workout complicated and eat smaller amount should be doing concurrently. I'm chubby, and I was also started to turn to gym 7 months ago, I put away 15kgm and 5 inches on my waist. Keep it up!
Muscle weighs more than margarine. If you are *gaining* it would be good to do overall body measurements, biceps, quads, waist etc. so you can see that the foundation is muscle, not fat for achievement. If you just want to lose consignment and not bulk up, stick with Cardio single.
