If I be you, I wouldn't bother with a tampon. Wear a wad until you're about to turn swimming, then step to the bathroom and take it out. When you bring back in the dampen, the bleeding will stop. Be sure to put a pad within when you get out of the marine, though.

you should never rush wearing a tampon, i myself hold troubles with it, and believe me it's taking abundantly of time to get one contained by. you need to be relax and own time for the instertion or it will hurt and not work.
