i am due to get this vaccine at institution on friday. someone mentioned it won't work if you've already had sex. is this true ?

The vaccine is suppose to help prevent four types of HPV, not adjectives of them, there are over 100 different types. It does not situation that you have have sex, If you were infected beside one of the other 96 strains the vaccine will not prevent them. Good Luck!
