The grains are speedily metabolized to simple sugars, which studies have clearly associated beside elevated triglyceride levels. The right approach is to considerably reduce consumption of adjectives simple sugars and grains. In contrast to the drug option which are traditionally applied, it is inexpensive and simple to substitute green leafy vegetables, which have a low glycemic index, for sugars and grain, and there are no toxic effects.
