Missing periods, belatedly ovulation.. what could it be?
Answers:
What you are describing is a cycle irregularity, so something is stale. That could be nutrition, stress, environment or improper body symmetry (i.e. your weight to increase ratio). So what can you do to make your cycles more regular? 1. Eat right 2. Exercise right (don't overdo it) 3. Sleep within darkness (lights affect fertility)
You are have "anovulatory cycles" which means you shift from one period to the subsequent without ovulating. This is adjectives for young girls who are newly starting their periods and for elder women nearing menopause. Do you you fit in either of these groups? If not...
You might be overdieting or overexercising. If a woman is "too skinny" this can negatively affect her reproductive hormones and throw sour cycles. Sex hormones are stored in the fatty tissues.
Have you ever be pregnant or is it possible you had a miscarriage that you mistook for a extent? Sometimes right after being pregnant, a woman's cycle will appropriate many months to regulate again. I merely ask this since you said this started in December, so obviously you've not have this problem for years.
Also, have you be checked for a possible hormonal disorder? You might try adding a great supplement call Optivite to your daily regiment. It's specially formulated for women of childbearing age.
Best of luck.
