30 AA, do i entail to wear a bra ?
I don't think i do because nearby's nothing to support and my nipples are inverted, so they don't stick out.
Our college shirts are penguin shirts, so I just wear a cistern top underneath.
When out in public, I cannot undergo to wear a bra. It's too EMBARRASSING!!
Do i need to wear a bra?

I don't figure out why you find it embarrassing to wear a bra surrounded by public.
If you have something sticking out that you needed to cover (nipples, really), wear a bra. I'd probably wear some class of undershirt/camisole if I were you. Otherwise, you are 12-- be a kid, and be appreciative you can put off the stresses surrounding that nouns of development for presently!
