Okay I need relieve with length sickness....?

Okay im 13 and i started in febuary and my term comes every month but is very off. similar to it will last similar to 5 day after nxt mth it will last 13 later spot for a long time. like this time for example it be SUPER heavy!! and last for 12 days and im still spotting and with every spell i feel sooo sick approaching super nauseas and bad cramping and of late overall whompped. plz help wat can i do to procure this to stop..not my period but adjectives the sickness.

okay, this sounds really gross, but a doctor told me that taking birth control pills keeps you from person sick and from having such weighty periods.
