i get that. everytime i bring back moody, i have to stop and examine myself. these are the thoughts that run through my head:
am i overreacting?
this spontaneous effect is coming from the way i am interpreting the situation.
is this situation really that impossible? why do i feel it is unpromising?
what event from my past does this situation remind me of? why is it cause me to feel this track?
when i finally figure out where on earth it is coming from and understand the situation as it in truth is, then my mood mellow down.
sometimes for a quick fix, i a short time ago laugh at myself or at the situation. if you certainly believe the situation is humorous , it really works!
adequate rest, plenty of fluids, and exercise are also great.
also, to avoid getting monster cramps, i don't eat overly briny foods the week before my time is due.

I do. I take menstrual cramps so bad I go by out. The birth control pill stopped alot of symptoms. Im still often irritable and moody and hold a headache and cramps... go to your doctors, they will endow with you what you needExercise help me, especially a cardio workout. It helps to elevate my mood. Additionally, fluxotene can work wonders. I don't enjoy to take it adjectives the time, just when symptoms start off. Your doctor may even prescribe birth control to help regulate your hormones as very well.
It is difficult to get rid of adjectives the symptoms, but you may want to ask your doctor for a low dosage muscle relaxer if the over the counter stuff doesn't help.
I for the most part just sleep when I am home, it help me to avoid getting irritable with my house, and I sleep through most of the pain. If you are have trouble sleeping take some tylenol pm or benedryl. that'll knock you right out.

I have severe PMS due to a hormone deficiency, involving really grey mood swings etc.. I ended up seeing a specialist who prescribed some low dosage hormone treatment over approx 18 months. Now however, a apt balanced diet (the usual! - fruit/veg/fish/pasta etc..), plenty of wet, and exercise (endorphins - the happy hormone!). I also filch Evening Primrose Oil which itself is kind of resembling a hormone therapy. I still win my bad days, but this have helped a great deal. For a few months I also took a herbal mix that I got from a registered Herbalist, taste horrible but did the job!I don't use my bowel for three months?
oh i insufferable the pms i used to have it doomed to failure before i have the coil put in, i found if i have a long lie within the morning if i could and a sweet cup of tea and a slice of toast i soon felt better and small meal throughout the day to maintain my blood sugar levels evenI used to suffer from severe PMS which bordered on PMDD. I found the contraceptive pill helped. I get a very obedient book, it's called "You can give a hiding PMS" by Colette Harris and Theresa Cheung. It's a 12 week plan to banish mood swings, disturbed sleep, sugar cravings, bloating, skin problems, irrational crying, headache and so on. It is basically a book that help you change your entire lifestyle to the system of getting rid of PMS. A very appropriate read and very useful.
I really sympathise; I suffer from the most terrible PMS and it last a week/ten days each time.
If you can't help yourself to anti depressants, then in that are other options. I used Chinese herb from Herbal Inn (UK) and it worked for several months. But be very mean; the herbs are immensely powerful and you must go to a reputable store; Herbal Inn is a big manacle and seem to be OK.
Also be guarded of the herbs if you're taking any other medication.
Another option is homeopathy; this does work for some populace.
Diet is also important; try and munch through lots of fresh organic fruit and veg, cut out caffeine and unwanted items food; it's tough 'cause when you hold bad PMS that's when you habitually crave chocolate etc...!
If none of this works, then the just thing I can convey you is that, in my covering, Prozac did get rid of the PMS, but I be depressed as well which can engineer PMS worse.
