I am 50,female,not diabetic or the like.Would a doctor please advise why my entire arms cramps at night?
I mostly sleeps on my back, my arms stretched out straight along my sides or resting on my stomach.If I am lay awake the cramps never happens but should I plunge asleep, upon awaking I have big charge getting the circulation going in both arms. I am still getting my periods regularly.

Please see your doctor. It could be as simple as your arms "falling asleep" when you lay on them ackwardly. It could also be due to a slipped or bulging disk in your nouns, vascular problems, nerve problems, or muscle problems.
