Contraceptive pill problems...?

i've been taking the pill for a year, year in a partially now.,to regulate my period because i have PSOs.. and only just, for the past month or two i hold started going to the gym... this time when my periods come which is supposed to be in the 1week crevice after the 3 weeks of taking pill, they were delayed and i hold been have severe admoninal pain, more than the usual......could this be because of the gym? im not going regularly..more or less 3 days a week...also should i try to stop taking the pill this month and see if my periods come essentially or wont they?

First don't stop taking your pill unless you consult your doctor first. Second, you maybe constipated since you enunciate you only travel 3 days a week. Working out can cause stomach soreness, however it shouldn't motivation cramping unless your not drinking enough fluids while your working out.

Not have a period while your on the pill is OK for the most slice your don't build enough bin liner to slough off. My best suggestion is to increase your marine, eat foods difficult in fiber to relief you regulate your bowel problems and if the problem still persists ring your doctor and tell them what is going on.

The abdominal aching might be from a cyst on your ovary. You should go to your dr. or gynocologist.

I would not stop taking the pill just because your time was delayed. Yes, working out can affect your interval, but it depends on your body type, the amount of stress you have within your life, how you are drinking, and so on. I suggest you continue the pill ( because taking youself stale will cause you to hold an immediate interval, again, and you will confuse your body if you maintain getting on and off.) Continue what you are doing but survey and keep a history of your periods, eventually you should be capable of detect exactly what day you start your length when you are on the pill.
