Only you know if you are robust. According to the bmi (body mass index) you at the highest height so should probably consider losing a bit of weight. Start getting some exercise even if it's a day by day walk, cut spinal column on your white breads, fried foods & sugars and you should start seeing a difference.

you see, i'm 5'8", 185#. i get barmy at self sometimes because those fave jeans just dont fit right, ussually during that "time". but over all im pretty ok beside me as i am. im not huge but im not a toothpick either!
i do progress for walks(about 3 mi a wk), do yoga @ home about 2-3x a wk. i eat to some extent healthy, love my veggies. but im also a woman who give birth and 35yrs old.
i give attention to you should take these things to heart back you worry too much in the order of how much to lose!

I dont know if I own had a miscarriage..?

I infer being able-bodied is something you feel in. Can you walk up a flight of stairs lacking pausing? Can you do a flight of stairs and consequently have a conversation short feeling breathless?
Do you feel comfortable showing skin in public? Then if it could just be your self conscious. But if you are concerned something like your weight......stand within front of a mirror with your "bathing suit" on. Pinch your thighs, belly, sides, and arms. What you pinch is what you can lose or tone up.
I am 5.5 and I weigh 132lbs. But I am beneath weight for my rank. I should weigh about 140. But you know what.... I discern comfortable with my body. I am against losing solidity but I will not shun gaining. I am simply not putting a lot of prominence on it.
I think it is how you have a feeling about yourself. Do not consent to others influence how you feel almost yourself, especially a knuckle headed guy.
Love the skin and body you are in. You will own more fun in life span when you accept yourself.
