Do you think I own endometriosis?

I have be having some bleeding between my period for a couple of months. I saw my gynaec who did a physical exam and said that I have an sore in my cervix, which have a blue spot. She said that it could be due to endometeriosis. She asked me to get a scan done at another doctor's place as she be going abroad for 3 months. I go to the other doctor and had the scan done. He said that I enjoy a 'haemorrhagic cyst' and asked me to leave it alone for the time mortal and have another ultrasound after 2 or 3 menstrual cycles. I am somehow not too comfortable beside this new doctor, so could not discuss everything next to him. Could you please tell me whether haemorrhagic cyst and chocolate cyst are one and duplicate? Do my symptoms indicate endometriosis? Can the ultrasound differentiate between the two?
I am worried because I am all alone next to a 3 year old son and own no one for support if things my condition worsens.
If any of you answering my put somebody through the mill is a doctor, please let me know.

Hemorrhagic and chocolate cysts are one and the same... Though relatively new to medication, I can't recall erudition about a chocolate cyst on a cervix- they are more adjectives on ovaries. There is a possibility that you may have endometeriosis... enjoy you tried getting pregnant but unable? Are your period irregular? If the answer is no, then that "may" rule out endometriosis. An ultrasound is merely a device used to see if near are any growth but they aren't specific... I'd rather turn with an MRI as the scan are more detailed. But, if you are thinking about it human being endometriosis, there is no "macroscopic" (can't see next to the naked eye) resources of diagnosising it, rather it have to be done on a microscopic level (this would involve a tissue biopsy). I really wouldn't sit on this problem for too long, because God-forbid in a worse travel case scenario it can be a cancerous lession and once again, a tissue biopsy would be necessary to rule that out, along next to a CBC (complete blood count) test. Hopes this help and best wishes.

I am a 36 year old woman near no sex drive whatsoever.?

I am not a doctor but I have have the same trouble, i underneath went surgery and have a small section taken out for conducting tests of endo, i was contained by the clear abnormal bleeding can be cause by stress, i would certainly aim out another doctot about your cysts, dont agree to things ride out, go a.s.a.p

Vagina request for information?

I am not a dr-but i had endometriosis abt 10 yrs wager on due to which i cudnt concieve-i had it surgically removed and i own two kids now-i dunno what haemorrhagic cyst is-but endometriosis or chocolate cysts r the same-each time u have ur period-u wont bleed completely externally-bits attain stuck in other parts of ur reproductive organs-like uterus or ovaries--in which case-each time u mensturate-the bits stuck to these areas also expand-many months later-it become a chocolate color-hence the name and it cud b definite painful and prevent u from concieving-the cysts can b dissolved thru tablets or corrected surgically or via laser-pls seize info in ur area and obtain another opinion.gud luck

I get off the birth control pill mid month. Got interval then, be it a real extent?

Yes, it's very possible that it could be due to endometriosis but sometimes other hormone imbalance can cause bleeding between period, same with stress as one of the other posters have said. Chocolate cysts are very adjectives with endo and when see on ultrasound can be a suspicion of endometriosis but the only process to definitively diagnose it is thru outpatient surgery called a laparoscopy.

Because you are not comfortable near this new dr I would recommend getting another view from another dr not in impossible to tell apart practice as the one you are seeing now. If the military is an issue here when it comes to drs see if you can confer to the base commander beside the help of your husband (if he's the one within the military) to see what you can do to try and get assistance off dais.

The reason I bring this up is b/c I've talk to a number of women on endometriosis list who have have challenging situations beside the military, many of the military wives.

Hope this helps.

Is it hormones or is it depression - minister to please.?

What other symptoms are you having. Endo can create ir-regular bleeding, but it also has cramping and other issues. Endo can not be see on a scan or ultra sound. The just way to know for sure if you enjoy endo is by the symptoms and/or surgery. If you don't feel comfortable w/ the doctor that you be sent to I think you should keep hold of looking for one. If you can't share everything w/ the doc then they really can't offer you the medical attention that you might need.
Good Luck
