Is it hormones or is it depression - assistance please.?
Answers:
I really have a feeling for you!
I'm going through the same at the moment, i'm also not sure if its depression or hormonal.
I spent Saturday hours of darkness in hospital, my partner thought i'd gone wacky and tried to have me section. I'd thrown a glass at his go before (he was also surrounded by hospital getting his head stitched!)
The final thing I remember be him critisising my parenting skills - and i apparently lost it and started shouting and throwing things.
I had to see a psychiatrist earlier they'd let me out. He didn't guess I was wacky - just stressed. And i'd tolerate it build up inside me.
I'm off to see my GP this afternoon - if I don't draw from help my partner will be packing his stacks - and i can't say i blame him.
Keep a diary of your menstrual cycle, and of how you're intuition - then walk and get some lend a hand from your doctor. Good luck. x

Hormones do different things to different people. You should see your doc and discuss adjectives of this with him/her to assistance find a solution that might work for you.
I would ask my doctor give or take a few some kind or hormone treatment. Whether it be next to birthcontrol, hormone replacement shots, early menopause (depending on your age), surgery, or over the counter drug. You could even seek out some quality of herbal medicine. My point self....Talk to a professional. Have him do blood work too. If you have to grasp a second opinion. Every doctor is different.
You could be describing me and so oodles of my friends and I'm sure many women. It is conventional for a woman to experience fluctuations in her mood as the hormone level change.
As we get hold of older the hormone level change and the drop rotten of hormones before menstruation can be comparatively dramatic. You can have the elevated level of hormones of a pubescent one day and the subsequent day, that falls out.
Hence the sentiment of depression, or rage, anxiety and extreme emotion.
One thing I will describe you is that just knowing that this is something frequent women go through, may abet to ease your mind. Also when you can acknowledge this is the mete out and there isn't anything else going on, it may oblige you to warn those around you, this isn't a apposite time and to be supportive.
You know that it will pass and you'll be inkling yourself again.
If these symptoms get too much to cope next to, and you are young adequate to still take oral contraceptives, after I recommend you try them if your doctor is ok with it. They tend to match out your hormone levels and you don't own the highs and lows.
These days women are allowed to whip them for up to 3 months and only enjoy to come off them 4 times a year for a bleed.
Talk going on for relief from the hormones that can extremely much make or break our months sometimes.
Hang contained by there and know you aren't doing anything wrong. Hope this help a bit.
it's your hormones, some people require meds for this if it become a problem, speak to your doctor,it's not uncommon, don't verbs!
PMT....that's what you have get...Pre Menstrual Tention....Go and talk to your GP...within is Help.
