Period question?

Believe me, you are not alone. I didn't start till I be 13 or so and only have one till I was 16. I be very low body fleshy and extremely active. There can be several other reasons too. You really do call for to go to your doctor and let somebody know your mom you need to move about in for a once a year check up. She should be supportive of you taking this action. If you are really not sexually involved you shouldn't worry around being pregnant.

As for regulating them and controlling them, permit me tell you, birth control is the process to go. When ever I get my period in the past BC, I was on muscle relaxants for my lower backbone spasms and cramps. I would much rather hold the pill, be regular, predictable, comfortable with little to no cramps, and short time of year. You need to confront Mom and bargain to the DR. Your school nurse could also comfort you on how to talk to mom, what question to ask the Dr. Don't be discouraged when the first pill doesn't help. There are tons out in attendance and one has to be the right one for you.

Is it average?

various things can affect the regularity and severity of your periods,eg excessive exercise or dieting etc.
its not that singular, but i am very surprised that your mom is not more accepting, you are her DAUGHTER!
ANYWAY IF YOU ARE NOT SEXUALLY ACTIVE DONT WORRY ABOUT BEING PREGNANT!
SEE A DOCTOR IF IT CONTINUES.

Is it normal to grasp annoying little belly rolls during puberty?

that's not right...you should go to a smartcare if you don't want your mom to find out, it's a doctor's bureau at Super Center walmarts, but cost only $25.00 to see the doc. Also, you might requirement birth control, it will regulate your periods whether or not your sexually alive and your periods wont be "horrible" any. I have incredibly regular periods, but I started sour on B/C to regulate them. I hope this helps!
