Is it normal to attain annoying little belly rolls during puberty?

Your body is changing within SO MANY WAYS...so its deff normal to see some of the physical change. If the belly rolls are from 'fat' - i wouldnt verbs about it any because your body is still growing! and soon you'll probably get taller...and as you capture taller, they'll strech out and go away - i hope i explained that correctly!! Somebody once told me that the little rolls be from my body changing shape.... the body integer of most young girls (under 15) is usually much different than the body integer of older girls.. I hope that make sense

Yeah I used to have that too. I'm 14 as in good health and I love to excersise too. Try doing crunches or situps. They should help next to that problem. It's completely normal to get hold of that though. If the crunches/ situps don't work, try pairing them with jog. Running is good for adjectives of the muscles! BUT, as a woman, the lower tummy and hips are the most fatty areas of the body, in consequence it is most difficult to rid those areas of fat. As long as you hold up the healthy diet and excercise routine I really do not see raison d`??tre for alarm over a little belly obese.It is normal for your body to join small fat deposits to mixed parts of your body during puberty. It is your body's way of preparing for an eventual pregnancy.
