The one and only thing that comes to mind here is when a man loses his erection or only plain can't get it up during what could be blissful sex.. It's commomly call brewer's droop... The Cooper's brewery is in the state of South Australia, (my state) .. So someone have called it thus , primarily it's when a man has have too many beer's and can't grasp an erection..
