If you work out hard and regular, after 2 weeks might cause some loss of muscle tone. Your majority routine will tighten the abs up after a couple or few weeks of your normal routine. Don't agree to it worry you too much...

Your mind is probably playing tricks on you. Do ab workouts like crunches if you're that worried more or less it, but if you're not eating profusely then clearly this adjectives has to be within your mind.
two weeks shouldn't do much of anything to you. Just go wager on to your normal workout routine...subsequent time you do the whole leave thing @ tiniest remember to stretch your muscles that way they stay flexible and giving. devout luck!

perceive basketball players, here the body is lean and tall. beside all the running they do they stay in shape.
football players are more bulky because they put away too much and are really not as active. they spatter down every two minutes or less.
