Pain and intensive cramping a short time ago before term?
Something happened to me a few years ago which I wondered if anyone could shed any feathery on.
At the time I was involved near someone, we were have sex but weren't using precautions.
At the time this happened, my spell was a couple of days overdue, but I have irregular periods anyway.
I started to grasp steady lower abdominal pain, approaching period strain, but it started mild and within a few minutes be so excruciating I couldn't stand up. My body went into shock from the severity of the backache, my lips turned white and I passed out on the floor. I come to again and over maybe 15 mins it turned from a regular strain into regular, intense uterine contractions every 2 minutes or so, so intense they bent me over double, not like any length pains I've had in the past or since - and they were regular near lulls in between. These leisurely wore off over give or take a few an hour or two and then I started to bleed straight away and have my period which seem normal.
Anyone any philosophy?

i know what period pains discern like and those nouns really severe... if it was so fruitless you passed out you should see a doctor
Nothin to worry roughly, it happens sometimes. where on earth people surpass out from extreme amounts of pain. Usually the strain begins to consistency less worse past they pass out due to raw pain killer. It happens!
That's completely everyday. There are days when I start my period and I litterally merely curl up in bed and cry because it hurts so bleak. If you want to keep the cramps to a minimum, start exercising and doing things that maintain you moving. I've found it helps to product them not so severe and painful.
But, to answer your give somebody the third degree, yes it's normal.
