Yes It definately is a factor.as even if you are not pregnant you will hold water surrounded by your body, try drinking lots of water to get you feel better. Also the stress is run of the mill around period time, vitamin B6 used to be pious but dont know if you can still get it.OF COURSE it's r u kid me. only when it's anout to come and on the dot u gain weight . and u influence it's a week late. logically it' s filling ur body beside water so it's giving u this result on the go up. don't worry when ur extent comes and ends u will find that u returned back to ur commonplace weight. but stop ingestion cuz if u continued that way you will gain the mass back. put your mind to an security.

You tend to put on weight quicker than you lose it, although you could enjoy some water potential. Personally I dont be in motion for all this diet stuff. I drink healthily and normally but exercise 4 times a week. I am an 8 - 10 and never really enjoy any problems. My suggestion would be drop the diet as they only lose counterbalance temporarily, and join a gym... seriously you will distinguish the difference if you stick with it.Good luck
