I wanna tell my guy friend that I am have severe cramps because of my period. But I don't want him to certainly know that I have my extent! How can I tell him that it's only early puberty?

Well when I first started i told my best friend...she already started. And some how all the guys that I hang down out with found out. Guys usually don't gossip about it exact it's a woman thing. It's really not that big of a promise.
