I had like problem and it started in 7th echelon for me. I struggled with it for years. So I would just wear black shirts so no one could see. So embarassing, I know. Yes, definately travel see a doctor, I just go to my regular one, and he perscribed me drysol. Lasts a long time, I still have it. Now, I can wear doesn`t matter what color shirts I want without human being embarassed. Good luck, don't put this doctor appt. off! It's worth it.
