Have any women out in that felt a spasm within your uterus when you're not pregnant?

I was on Depo-Prevera(theshot) a while wager on, and 1 side effect was I have painless spasms in my uterus that felt similar to a 3-4 month prehistoric fetus feels approaching moving around, but I know I'm not pregnant. I'm off Depo, and they go away for a while, but, now enjoy returned. Has anyone out there have a similar feeling? Should I be concerned satisfactory to go to the doctor?

I reflect on it's just inner abdominal muscles spasming. It happen to me a lot, especially after exersizing. It feel like the first little flutters you perceive when you're pregnant. I don't think they're a problem.
