I am not aware of any other supplement for underactive thyroid apart from replacing the thyroid hormone: Thyroxine.

See the wiki page.
A synthetic thyroid supplement can be prescribed, which the patient must steal daily to replace the missing hormone. The American Thyroid Association caution against taking herbal remedies, and warns that taking too much iodine can in fact worsen both hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism.

Big problem for small girl?

I too have hypothyroidism and here is no alternative to taking medication. I take synthroid day after day and it's no bigger than a birth control pill. You really need the medication to give a hand your thyroid due it's job. Go to www.webmd.com and read up on the disorder.

This is unexpected (about period-girls only)?

There are some alternative supplements which help boost your body's production of thyroid hormones.

For example, ashwagandha have been positive to me. I've found it less intrusive and smaller amount of a nuisance to give somebody a lift than a prescription.

If you have thryoid issues, you may also own adrenal hormone issues; look online for self-tests. Suspect it's true? Some supplements address both issues well, including rhodiola and ashwagandha.

Best wishes finding which items lend a hand you the most - and most economically.

Please help sex?

An alternative thyroid medication specifically natural is call Armour thyroid. Its the oldest thyroid med. It contains both T4 and T3, while Synthoid is only T4. I find Armour to be much better than a T4 medication. It have helped me near almost every hypothyroid symptom, so I highly recommend it. I'll put some links below.

Sit ups fruitless for ovaries?

If you have an underactive thyroid you obligation to take the prescribed medication of Thyroxine. If you do not pinch it, and try someone else which is not recommended by a doctor who know you and your condition, you will get sick. The thyroid is vital surrounded by so many ways contained by the body so take the Thyroxine, if you are not getting along near it ask the GP for an alternative (but I think you will find here is no alternative)
Best of luck
