Answers: The answers so far are adjectives right on. It's also possible that your doctor cut the strings shorter when you had the IUD inserted. I know when I get mine my doctor specifically told me that she cuts the strings even with the cervix as a issue of general practice so they probably wouldn't be long satisfactory for me or my boyfriend to feel them.
