ok so heres the story. my gf get the worst cramps so desperate that she cant lay down or just crys. today i go over to her house( she has her period) she answered the door , didnt right to be heard a word and went right put money on downstairs on the couch and layed with the hot marine bottle. i came downstairs took the waterbottle stale of her, sat her up and layed her so her commander was on my chest and legs be over my legs..i put the water bottle backbone on her stomach and comforted her to try to get her to budge to sleep.
is there anything else i could do for her? i hear that if you sit her in the adjectives position it makes the cramps smaller quantity painfull.is that true?....she takes midol but i dont mull over it is helping her...please give your counsel.

Try and find the strongest general anaesthetic you can, maybe even suggest she go to a doctor. There are several precription drugs they can give her which give a hand lots of women. Some drugs are specifically for cramps such as Feminax. Hot water bottles are great, so take home sure she has plenty. Wheat stacks are evn better-they are like little beabags which you warmness. Make sure she gets plenty to drink, possibly water and fruit juice are best. Massaging her back can sustain. Most of all, lately be there for her. If she get upset try not to worry too much-it must be complicated when you don't understand how it feel or when you don't know how to help, but she will get the message that you can't really do a lot to assist and just have you there for a nice hug will be satisfactory for her. I think it's great that you're so empathy, a lot of guys freak out going on for periods.
She may own primary dysmenorrhea (painful cramps and other symptoms like vomiting, faint, etc.). I had that, but I'm better in a minute. I used birth control for 2.5 years so the hormones could help near it, and it did, but I'm off it immediately. If her cramps get worse, I would shift to the doctor.
give her a pill to make the throbbing go away or juss permit her laydown with a a hot handkerchief or bottle

Been within more than a few times. What I do is take an Advil the year before the spell and then until that time the cramps become unbearable. Doing some walking does relief (even though instincts tell you to lay down) and drinking more milk help too. Applying hot water bottles help and laying contained by fetal position works too. If it continues she should see a doctor about it, I'm sure they hold something out there to sustain her out.Glad to see your concerned, your a keeper.
Try getting your girlfriend another pain hired gun for he cramps. Midol is not strong enough for severe cramps. Just move about to the drugstore, and ask someone that works in the pharmacy what's the best distress killer for cramps. Tell them your girlfriend is already taking midol and it's doing zilch for her. They will recommend something that will work. She has to find what works for her. Obviously midol is not doing the trick. When a woman have severe cramps, she should be taking something a lot stronger. Your a sweetie for self so caring to her when she wishes it most.

Well, cramps can be really desperate for some girls, because of iron/vitamin deficiency. Make sure she stays away from chocolate and caffeine, which are two things that adjectives girls crave during their period but also make the cramps hurt more..You could tell her to drink more fresh fruits and vegetables. Also, exercise always seem to tone down the cramps I've heard and experienced. P.S. I've never hear of the upright position helping any, but perchance it does.. hmm. But yeah, just listen to those and that's adjectives I really know. I don't get unbelievably bad cramps.

I know it's nasty, but it help to know why the cramps are happening.
If her cramps are that bleak, then she requirements to go to a doctor. She may enjoy endometriosis. Which is a developement of scar tissue on the uterus. Or the doctor may be capable of prescribe her a birth control that will regulate her, and maintain those cramps.
Regarding Midol, I one-sidedly am not able to lug that, because it makes me perceive very hollow inside. I usually lift a couple ibuprofen. (but be careful beside ibuprofen, because it can be damaging to the kidneys if taken too much).
Hope she feel better soon, and aren't you a nice guy to throw her on your lap and hold her while going through some discomfort! Every girls heart just melt!

It really does work. Find the tendon that runs down the rear legs of her ankle and put your thumb and forefinger on either side of that ligament even with those knobby bones on her ankle. Squeeze benevolently. You may have to look around a short time to find the point, but it's there.
Another remedy I swear by: own her lay on her back and verbs her knees to her chest. She should wrap her arms loosely around her legs and then trace a circle within the air near her knees. This massages the pay for and helps relax pelvic muscles.
