Cramping, nausea, and today some bleeding.....could i be pregnant, could I be bleeding because of implantation

My fiancé and I are trying to conceive, I have be haveing a lot of nausea close to everyday, my stomach started cramping today and I started to what looked like spotting but have gotten a little heavier, I enjoy also had 2 period in the end 2 months jan and the beggining of feb i was not suppose to attain my period again until convoy, ive never been irregular could i be pregnant or what could be going on?.......Could it be implantation bleeding if so what can relieve the cramping and how long does it concluding?

Take a pregnancy test and/or walk see your doctor! The cramping seems unusual for a regular pregnancy, but I'm not an expert. The irregular bleeding might be an effect of stress if you're really worried roughly conception. I am irregular and own had two period in one month, but stressing alot around a job, pregnancy, or life span can also make you own two periods, stress can snag or make period come early. If you in recent times had two period doesn't sound similar to your pregnant, if your usually regular you should talk to a doctor or achieve a pap smear to make sure everythings alright, I would rule out pregnancy though.
